With nearly a decade of experience in Real Estate Capital Markets, Riley has executed over $500 million in transactions across the equity and debt spectrum. Throughout his career, he has advised and transacted alongside some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate investors in the world, including Terreno Realty and Thor Equities. His expertise spans capital formation, underwriting, and complex deal structuring across a diverse range of property types.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Riley brings a competitive edge shaped by his early athletic career, having played professional ice hockey in the Western Hockey League and Division I college football before transitioning into real estate.
